Generally speaking, your audience is the people who follow you on social media or have signed up for your newsletter. Traffic, on the other hand, is those who engage with your post or website—whether reading your blog, reviewing your services, calling to make an appointment, or writing a review.

Although different, they do work together. You have to provide content for your followers and subscribers while also doing what you can to attract new visitors to your website.
